Payments & Returns
If the goods you receive are faulty, or not to your satisfaction, please advise us within 3 working days in order that we may be of assistance, goods must be returned in their original packaging (and in the case of electrical items) un-opened.
If you would like to return an item for any other reason please do contact us first.
Customers will be responsible for return postage costs. Customers will be refunded within 10 working days of our receipt of items.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
